Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates who are roughly a 50% fit with our requirements, but the other 50% is where your unique talents come into play. Here's what we're looking for:
Over 8 years of experience in software development
Proficiency in C#, Java, Go, or similar languages
Experience building cloud-native applications
Familiarity with technologies like Azure, React, Flutter, Salesforce, Terraform, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures
Clear communication skills in English, spoken and written, with knowledge of German as a plus
Passion for the energy transition and driving positive change
Desire to work in an empowering environment that values initiative and growth
Alignment with agile and lean values, prioritizing people over processes and code over documentation.
