As the Senior Salesforce Developer at our sustainable energy-focused recruitment firm, you will play a pivotal role in leading development on the Salesforce platform. Acting as the guardian for Salesforce-related quality within our Digital Organization, you'll split your time between ensuring quality, refining processes, and hands-on development. Your leadership will set the standard for other Salesforce projects and team members.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer in a fast-moving, technology-driven organization.
Strong technical proficiency, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow, integrations, configuration functions, and API experience.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II and any Architect certifications are advantageous.
Proven stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to effectively manage both upward and downward.
Strong communication skills in English & Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on development and active participation in projects as a Senior Developer.
Enhancing the development process and establishing quality standards.
Guiding, mentoring, and providing technical support to Developers.
Managing foundational work within the domain, overseeing platform and technologies in scope.
