Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of business systems, ensuring reliability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
Research and recommend innovative technology solutions, contributing to best practices and standards.
Provide expertise on application components, program languages, and databases, guiding and mentoring the team throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure project success criteria are met, from design through deployment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Information Technology.
Proficiency in Java, REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Security, XML, AngularJS, Angular2+, Bootstrap, and CSS3.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps CI-CD pipeline.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a diverse, global delivery environment.
Flexibility to travel:- potential travel to project locations.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in software development lifecycle and project management.
Demonstrated ability to lead design and architecture reviews.
Desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Fluency in English
